Taliafero Elite Care Homes is a supportive housing community dedicated to serving unsheltered adults, individuals living with disabilities, people navigating mental health challenges, and adults transitioning back into society after incarceration.
We believe housing is more than shelter. It is the foundation for healing, dignity, and long term independence. At Taliafero Elite Care Homes, residents are met with compassion, structure, and the support needed to rebuild their lives in a safe and empowering environment.

We are committed to breaking cycles of homelessness, isolation, and instability by addressing the whole person mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially.
